Return Window

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. You'll also need proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Please do not send items back without first contacting us — returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve it quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, used items, and items without original packaging cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method (or as store credit, where applicable). If it's been longer than that since approval, please reach out to us on any of the channels above.
