You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Unfortunately, if 7 days have gone by since your delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

The item is in its original packaging with all tags and seals intact.

π How to Start a Return

Contact Us: Send an email to our support team or reach out via our contact page with your order number and the reason for the return.

Review: Our team will review your request within 24β48 hours and send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Ship it Back: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. (Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective).

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
